New Elementary School Building Project Community Forum There will be a community forum to learn more about the new elementary school building project TONIGHT (Monday, March 4) at 7pm at the Great Hall at Stoughton Town Hall (third floor, 10 Pearl St.). The schematic design as well as the project's cost and tax impact will be discussed. If you can't attend in person, there will be a virtual viewing option available as well. Scheduling Elementary Conferences Elementary school parent/guardian - teacher conferences are Thursday, March 7 from 12:30pm - 5pm. Parents/guardians can schedule their conference time through the Parent Portal until Tuesday, March 5 at 9pm. Click here for more information.
Election Day on Tuesday
The Presidential Primary in Massachusetts is Tuesday, March 5. Polls are open from 7am-8pm. Schools will be open and students still have classes. Where many of our schools are polling locations, please keep in mind that voters may not be aware of the drop off and pick up procedures at each school.
Post-Secondary Planning Knight at SHS
Join the Stoughton High College & Career Center for a Post-Secondary Planning Knight at SHS on Wednesday, March 6 from 6-8pm. College admissions counselors and financial aid advisors will be in attendance and there will be several different info sessions of interest. All SHS students in grades 9-12 and their families are encouraged to attend. Click here for more information and a detailed list of the info sessions offered.
Virtual Office Hour with Dr. Baeta
Dr. Baeta will be providing a virtual office hour for SPS families on Wednesday, March 6 from noon-1pm. Use this link to join: bit.ly/DrBOfficeHours.

Early Release Day on Thursday
This Thursday, March 7 is an early release day for the Stoughton Public Schools.
Here are the school hours for early release days: • SHS & OMS - 7:35am - 11:32am • Elementary Schools - 8:30am - 12:20pm • Preschool - 8:30am - 11:00am (No afternoon preschool session)
Lunch will still be served.
Municipal Career Fair for SHS Students
Stoughton High students will have the opportunity to attend a municipal career fair at SHS on Thursday, March 7 at noon (following the early release). This will be a great opportunity for students to learn more about career opportunities in town government and how they can be involved in town government. See this flyer for more information.
SPS After School Enrichment Program Schedule Update
There are no SPS elementary after school enrichment programs on Tuesday and Thursday of this week. Please note that this does NOT impact Stoughton Extended Day and other outside groups providing after school services.
Gibbons School Fair
The Gibbons School is holding its Winterfest this Saturday, March 9 from 10am-2pm at the Gibbons School (235 Morton St.). Lots of games and fun activities are planned!
Register for Spring Sports & April Vacation Camp
